What does Skytaals do?
We connect cyber risk, security controls, AI governance and compliance into one programme, and leave you with evidence an auditor can verify. We cover assurance, DPDP and GDPR, AI governance and security, third-party risk, assessment, incident response and offensive security.
Can one programme cover DPDP, GDPR, ISO 27001 and SOC 2?
Yes. Most obligations overlap at the control level. We build each control once, map it to every framework, and collect evidence once.
When do DPDP Act obligations apply?
The DPDP Rules were notified on 13 November 2025. Consent Manager registration applies from 13 November 2026, and the core obligations, including notice, consent, security safeguards and breach reporting, apply from 13 May 2027.
How quickly must a breach be reported?
In India, CERT-In within 6 hours, and the Data Protection Board and affected people without delay, with a detailed report within 72 hours. Under GDPR, the supervisory authority within 72 hours. Banks, brokers and insurers often have shorter sector deadlines.
Does Skytaals provide legal advice?
No. We are security and compliance engineers. We work alongside your legal counsel, who handle legal interpretation.
